As Z2/King has recently changed the Arena challenge to provide Officer level members with bonus points for their battles, we are obviously then required to assign these designations to those members who have demonstrated a consistent ability to rake in the highest points as reflected in past BS challenges. Naturally, actual performance in the Arena challenges will also become a critical indicator for obtaining one of these designations in the future.
As such, I have been reviewing the current Officer designations and there will be some changes. For those who are currently officers and will lose their designation, please do not take this personally. Any current officer did earn their stripes based on the criteria that was important at the time: dedication to the game, consistently able to score above minimum, chat contributions, strong, likable personality, etc.
As the games changes, so must we adapt.
It is very likely that the Officer designations may end up being a rotational offer based on two critical factors: 1) demonstrated ability to bring in the points; 2) confirmed ability to fully participate in a pending challenge.
As such, before each challenge, previous scores will be reviewed and each current Officer asked to confirm their ability to participate. Should any Officer be unable to participate, then their designation will be offered to the next candidate in line.
Before each challenge, I will post the list of officers selected as based on the above criteria.
So look for the first list in the coming days.
